🚚 Shipping Methods
We aim to dispatch all orders using reliable, fully‑tracked UK delivery services. Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail Tracked 48, offering fast and secure delivery with end‑to‑end tracking. Depending on availability, location, or service suitability, we may also ship using Evri or InPost. This ensures your order reaches you quickly and safely, even during busy periods.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
🇬🇧 UK Delivery
Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and service used. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping may be added in the future. At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped with full tracking. You can follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery using the link provided in your confirmation email.
📬 Missed Deliveries & Address Issues
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.
