Rivarlo specialises in quality used branded sportswear from leading athletic and lifestyle brands. Every item is hand‑selected, inspected, and graded using our Quality Code.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the courier (Royal Mail Tracked 48 preferred, with Evri or InPost used when suitable).
🚚 Which couriers do you use?
Our preferred service is Royal Mail Tracked 48. We may also use Evri or InPost to ensure fast, reliable delivery during busy periods or for certain locations.
🔄 What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as sold. All returns are inspected before refunds are issued.
💳 How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
