Rivarlo – Returns Policy

At Rivarlo, we want you to feel confident when shopping for quality used branded sportswear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30‑Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as sold — clean, undamaged, and with any original tags if any or packaging still attached.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Items that do not fit

  • Items you no longer want

  • Items received in error

  • Items that arrive damaged or not as described

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as non‑returnable for hygiene reasons (clearly stated on the product page)

  • Items returned with new damage, wear, or odours not present at the time of sale

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at rivarloshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll provide clear instructions and the return address.

Condition Checks

All returned items are carefully inspected once received. Because we specialise in pre‑owned sportswear, accurate condition is essential. If the item is not returned in the same condition it was sent, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
